Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and stickers intact to qualify for a successful return.

  Package & Pickup

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and our logistics partner will arrive within 48 hours for the doorstep pickup.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team verifies the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
